Step by Step instructions for taking the Online test

Please follow the steps below, in order, to ensure that you meet the requirements and properly register for the test.
Use the printable at home preparation checklist to help guide you through the steps.

  • Step 1

    Students would be allowed to appear for the test from their chosen place of convenience. They will require to login into the online examination portal using the login url and login credentials shared over email and as per the schedule given in the emailed admit card.

  • Step 2

    Access to the test would be made available in the login of the students 30 minutes before the examination start time. Students are advised to login well in advance and complete the system check & camera verification process beforehand Please consult your examination manual, that your have already received along with your admit card.

  • Step 3

    Students need to take the test ONLY using the latest version of the Chrome Browser on a Windows Desktop / Laptop / Android phone. The device needs to have a webcam, microphone and broadband / 4G speed Internet connection.

  • Step 4

    Students are required to take the test strictly from a separate room with no other person present in the room during the entire test session. Any presence of a second person in the room anytime during the test duration will be fit ground for the cancellation of the test.

  • Step 5

    All of the captured details during the remote invigilation such as photos / audio / movement away from the browser etc. may also be reviewed post the examination session. Any anamoly detected during such post-examination review will be admissible as fit ground for the cancellation of the candidature of the student necessary Legal action may also be initiated against such candidates.

  • Step 6

    Appearance of all questions are unidirectional. This implies that candidates will be allowed to visit / see any question ONCE only. They may attempt it OR opt to leave it unanswered but under no situation the system will allow the student to return back to the question once answered / visited / Skip.

  • Step 7

    For any kind of difficulty faced during the test, students must contact with the already assigned Help Desk numbers to them.

  • Step 8

    Mock Test session will be made available for students so that they may become adequately familiar with the pattern, process and the test interface. Students are advised that attending these mock session is mandatory and any issues on the test day will not be entertained if they have not attended the Mock Sessions. In order to avoid any pre examination login & verification issues, students are advised to take the mock test mandatorily otherwise they may not be entertained on the day of the examination.
